How to use this tool

  1. 1

    Paste contact-heavy text

Signatures, classified ads, support transcripts — mixed formats welcome.

  2. 2

    Numbers get filtered smartly

A digit-count and shape heuristic keeps real phones and drops IDs or dates.

    Export the list

One-per-line feeds dialers and CRMs cleanly; copy or download when done.

Privacy: your text never leaves your browser

Every Toolflect Text Tool is 100% client-side. The moment you type or paste text, it is analyzed by JavaScript running inside this browser tab. Your text is never sent to our servers, never stored in a database, and never shared with any third party or AI service.

  • No uploads, no accounts, no sign-up
  • No cookies or tracking of your text
  • Works offline once the page has loaded
  • Close the tab and your text is gone from memory

You can even verify it yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and type into the tool — the only requests you will ever see are this page's own static files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Nothing you type is ever transmitted.

Frequently asked questions

Which formats are detected?
Sequences of roughly 7–15 digits joined by spaces, dots, dashes or brackets, optionally led by +.
Why was my number missed?
Parts separated by words (call 555 ask for John) break contiguity — keep digit blocks adjacent.
Are dates excluded?
ISO-style dates such as 2024-01-15 fail the phone shape check on purpose.
Is scanning local?
Completely — your text never leaves the browser during extraction.
