What to Include

A short message with the relevant details helps us resolve your request faster.

  • The tool or page you are writing about.
  • The exact issue, question, or requested change.
  • A contact email where we can reach you.

Response Times

Most messages are answered within one to two business days. Listing corrections are usually the fastest to resolve, because a broken link, a changed price, or a discontinued product can be checked directly against the official product website.

Requests that need more research — a disputed fact, a comparison correction, or a question about how a listing was checked — can take longer. If we need more time, or more detail from you, we will say so in our reply.

What We Can Help With

  • Listing corrections: outdated pricing, a changed free plan, a renamed or discontinued product, or a website that no longer loads.
  • Broken ToolFlect tools: a free tool on this site that fails to load, returns an error, or gives a wrong result.
  • Factual errors: a description, category, or comparison detail that does not match the official product website.
  • Article corrections: a claim in a guide or comparison that needs checking against the vendor’s own documentation.
  • Advertising and sponsorship inquiries: see the Advertising Policy, and mention the listing you are asking about.

Where a correction can be verified, we check it against the official source before changing the listing — the same standard described in How ToolFlect Reviews Listings.

What We Cannot Help With

ToolFlect is a directory. We do not provide customer support for products built by other companies, and we cannot act on a vendor’s behalf.

  • Billing, refunds, invoices, and subscription changes.
  • License keys, account access, password resets, and cancellations.
  • Product bugs, outages, or feature requests for a listed tool.
  • Changing or removing anything on a vendor’s own website.

For any of these, contact the vendor directly using the support channels on their website. If the listing itself is inaccurate, tell us instead — that part is ours to fix.
